GET/health no key needed
Whether the service process is up (liveness). Returns 200 with status: ok whenever
it is running, even while it is still starting up, so use it to detect a crashed or
unreachable service. To know whether sessions can be served right now, use
GET /readyz. No key needed. Fields other than status are diagnostic and may
change.
