WSS/v1/stream
Frozen. The first frame is JSON with api_key; then send raw PCM16 frames with no
leading byte. Each step returns {timestamp, p_eot, words}. Rejections: 1008 invalid
key or non-JSON start, 1011 no keys configured, 1013 rate limited or not ready.
